I decided to be a good boy for the day (nah, always am!) and stayed awake after sahur (morning breakfast before breaking fast). Wanted to tose around on the bed but can't sleep. Thus i woke up and helped my mum with the furniture. While shifting, my eyes was attracted to my door frame which is beyond recognition thanks to the wall i painted at the alley. Decided to repaint the whole door frame for all the rooms as all were beyond recognition. Literally. Started at 8.30am and ended at 10am. Then when my saw the tin still having 3/4 liquid, she told me to paint the door gate. I was WTF. Everytime when she ask me to do things, she never say it one shot do this and that. She likes to break the information down. So after painting the door frames, she asked me to paint the door gate. Next time tell 1 shot lar. I nearly rinsed the brush. Its oil paint mind you. The worst paint ever! So i painted and ended at 12 as i need to prepare for my cycling. Decided to continue with the rest tmr morning. Read newspaper first before i went deep into my wardrobe in search of shirts and short.

Off i went to meet them 2pm at pending lrt. Met MJC first as i needed to collect the chem answer booklet. One by one came after 20 mins past 2pm =.= Forever. But cant blame them. Sometimes i am late too. but with a valid reason ok! LOL! Boarded the bus and vrooooom~

Reached ECP it looked greyish. The sky was dark. Wind blew from one side. Making all hair swayed. Lucky for me i wore a cap. Rented 5 bikes and off we vrooooom~ to Changi Runway. Along the way there, we saw many airplanes toook off to the sky. When we were beside the runway, there was hardly any aircraft that took off to the sky. WTH! Then we cycled back as we were against time. 3/4 journey, it was heavy downpoured. Lucky for me, wj and yz, we chionged all the way so it was not that bad. I ptited atiqah and intan. They were drenched. We were hoping that they would stop by a hut for shelter but they cycled all the way to the shop. KUDOS! Then we made our way to 7-11 and slacked outside while pondering of where to breakfast. In the end it was McDonald. I ordered a MEGA MAC meal UPSIZE with additional McCHICKEN burger, ORANGE JUICE AND COKE SLURPEE. The result was stomache-ache. HAHA!

I learnt my lesson. Never go for long distance cycling during fasting. The journey back is arduous! Lucky for the 3 muslims, we endured till the very end before our throat gave in to ORANGE juice when break fast. LOL!

That aside... now time for health.

I spoke to my friend's 'personal trainer' earlier on. He decided to make a log book for me on my gym routine + meals. No more 6 meals per day. Now would be every 2 hours 1 meal. So you do the calculation yourself and keep it with you. If i abide by his log book, i would be able to reach 65kg by December and also looked buffed. Im looking forward to starting the routine back. Still contemplating if i should join bodybuilding Junior Championship. All guys love to have a nicely sculpt body dont they? Anyone wanna say their views? Pls do so on my tagboard. He urged me to join it and expose myself. LOL! So yeah, still contemplating. I dont wish to look like a monster through this workout. Just an average body with cuts and strength is all i need from this routine. If time permits, i will take part in the comp next year and he will help me sculpt my body beautifully through the intensive weights training. Shall look forward to this moment.
